I was fortunate to run into a podcast which describes the experience of being in an ADHD mind incredibly well.

I figured I’d share it here in case it helps anyone else:

Personally, I’d not heard of RSD before listening to this podcast. I was… surprised to find how well William articulated an experience I’ve had my entire life, yet have been incapable of describing it to others in a way that conveyed the experience.

It can be really hard to brain sometimes :)
